Refund Policy
Digital products (e-books)
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of e-books are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or delivered. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving or opening your file, contact hello@wendysattam.com within 14 days of purchase and we will resend the file or issue a replacement at no cost.
Coaching services
Coaching packages may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours after purchase, provided no session has yet taken place. After the first session, coaching fees are non-refundable but may be applied toward future sessions within the same package. If you are unsatisfied after the first session, contact us within 7 days and we will work with you to make it right.
How to request a refund
To request a refund or resend, email hello@wendysattam.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
We are committed to resolving any dispute directly. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can address the issue promptly. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in the suspension of future purchases and access.
